Job Vacancy: Direct Sales Executive – Sales Department
 

Position Overview: The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for the direct Sales of company Products and Services in the region and portfolio assigned to him / her. 

The Sales function includes all activities related to Sales of projects in the region. 

The Direct Sales Executive works closely with the Head of sales and Product Manager to create maximum Sales Revenue based on the Company strategy. 

The Direct Sales Executive provides regular input to the Product Managers to ensure optimal regional fit of company solutions.

Job Responsibilities
 

Being the Direct Sales Executive, you are Directly Accountable for;
 

1. Sales target

  • Achieving the monthly sales target of 10million per month.
  • Achieving margin and bottom-line targets
  • Measure total sales force cost as ratio to sales
  • keeping the total sales force cost within pre-determined parameters
  • Research & develop a comprehensive and accurate sales forecasting methodology
  • Regularly update and report on assigned sales forecast
  • Find areas of improvement impacting the bottom line
  • Liaise with product manager on sales forecast, cash-flow and key financial ratios
  • Achieve 5 new SLAs accounts of SDS Products per month.
  • Maintain existing SLA accounts
  • Ensure that you visit 5 clients per week
  • Ensure that you organize 2 client meetings for the product manager 

2.  Competitor Analysis

  • Collect and update competitor intelligence
  • Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses & conduct an annual SWOT analysis
  • Participant in the development & positioning of R&D strategies and action plans with management
  • Communicate competitor information to sales team

3. Sales Report

  • Create a weekly sales and monthly report template and analyze
  • Create a weekly and monthly sales report template for management
  • Timely submit accurate and comprehensive sales reports to management
  • Record all the transactions and activities related to the Solutions portfolio and that they are up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Provide all the reports, analysis and feedback relating to the performance of the Solutions via the CRM.

4.  Related assignments

  • Perform other related duties or assignment as directed by your senior.

Organizational Alignment

  • Reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Dealing with Internal and External customers to improve business profitability.
  • This position may be assigned to support a Client account relations role.

Qualifications
 

Academic Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Information Technology / Sales and Marketing or 2 years’ Information technology industry experience.

Knowledge Requirement

  • Sales plan Knowledge
  • Information Technology and Telecommunication Products Knowledge

Skills Requirement
