  • Census of Salons & classification
  • Launching of products into Salons in top doors per region
  • Door to door launches & product demos
  • Follow up visits to check on usage / experience feedback / reminder of product education
  • Organize salon storms to support launches – outside of top doors
  • Hair Clinics with roadshow teams
  • Build relationships with Salon owners
  • Installation of POS & negotiating for shelf space
  • Linking Salons to Beauty Shop / Channel Partner sales van /team
  • Organizing Seminars : (quarterly)
  • Attend Monthly Business Review and report back on months targets

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Hair Dressing
  • Experience in Activations/ Running Seminars
  • Great Communication/Presentation Skills;
  • Great Customer Relations Skills
  • Driving License
