  • Brand promotion, represent the brand and grow the brand
  • Directs all sales activities to achieve product availability targets for the assigned territory
  • Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth
  • Create Strategies that effectively Manage, Product margins, Pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales and distribution; Management of sales department Budgets
  • Maintain the required supply of stock to ensure a 100% service level with no ‘stock outs’
  • Ensure product delivery on a regular basis determined by a delivery plan and set route


  • Degree/ Diploma in business a business related course.
  • 5 years’ sales experience both Modern Trade and General Trade
  • Experience in the FMCG a MUST Personal Care/ Body care products preferred
  • Must possess a clean and valid driving license.
  • Practical experience in use of MS packages and ERP systems.
