    Contractual Position
    Location: Ethiopia-Africa
    Position- Store Keeper and Logistics
    1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and
    Distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
    2. Makes intra- and inter-campus deliveries of requested material and merchandise; maintains records of all deliveries.
    3. Receives, stores, tags and tracks material; prepares inventory lists for items.
    4. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
    5. Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
    6. Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
    7. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
    8. Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding logistics, receipts, deliveries, warranties.
    9. Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving
    10. Responsible for all traffic management internally and externally, weighbridges and road network
    11. Plan site set-up to move equipment, and materials around site efficiently (eg. hoarding, gates, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy)
    12. Create operational procedures and method statements for storage and logistics at site
    13. Ensure safety of men, material and equipment during storage and logistics
    Knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook
    Education:Graduate in any discipline
    Company will provide local transportation, Independent accommodation and meals. No family accommodation will be provided

Purpose: Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. The goal is to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
